OVERVIEW ✶NAME: Raptor (Dante) CANON: Devil May Cry PRONOUNS: he/him TRIBE: Skywing/Icewing AGE: 25-30 in dragon years WINGLET: Teacher Application Link	FIRST IMPRESSIONS ✶He's a goofball. Might be one of the few dragons in his age group who isn't a grump or an awful parent. He's approachable, casual and probably not professor material at first glance. The more observant types might see through that playful demeanor and think he can't be that dumb if he survived the war.
APPEARANCE ✶As a hybrid, Raptor primarily looks like a Skywing. Red scales, strong wings and orange accents across his body. He has blue eyes and white spikes that go down his neck and back, inherited from his Icewing side. Although blue eyes are a possible trait for a Skywing to inherit, they are rare and often associated with those who have Firescales.	YOU MAY KNOW HIM IF: ✶ You're an Icewing. Royals practically spit Rainwing venom when talking about a potential second Darkstalker or explaining the suspiciously Skywing name that's been on the bottom of the Seventh Circle rankings for a long time. You're a Skywing. Abominations like animus dragons or Firescales are not tolerated and a kill on sight order was likely placed on Raptor. Unlike the exempt Peril, Queen Scarlet couldn't get her talons on this one. You or someone you know once hired him. Not everyone was willing to trust a Skywing mercenary during the war, but those who knew of his non-allegiance or his refusal to get involved in the war might've hired him for the occasional odd job. Whether he helped those in need or was tricked into fighting, rumors of a helpful traveler spread across Pyrrhia.
OTHER DETAILS ✶Never decided if Icewings were also ordered to kill him. They may have left that to Skywing prejudice. His office is filled with assorted items from different tribes, like a Seawing trident or a sandwing cactus plant or Nightwing musical instruments. Though Raptor doesn't care for personal adornments, he's often seen wearing an amulet around his neck. It's a gift from his mother that he keeps on his person at all times.
